Explanation

With the help of an imaginary ‘maalaa’ sing the greatness of Ram’s Name in your mind. The ‘thread’ of this maalaa is the Breath. As it is revolved, increase your  faith and love for Ram. In this process life is regarded as a ‘mela’ surrounding a well and the eyes ba the in tears.
